Air Reunion - CYYC - 2008...
was held on Fri May 2 and again was well attended at the
Aero Space Museum in Calgary
proving to be the best venue for this event.
 

The "Aero Space Museum Association Calgary" (further referred to as ASMAC.)
is located at the SE corner of the
Calgary International Airport.

and is of importance to those interested in attending these future events.

This event entails just about a year of plannng. I am able too and enjoy this part of the responsibilities, but the prior 3 days dashing around Calgary gathering supplies, etc. is time consuming and the city traffic is hectic on the nerves.

During this years event, I consulted with ASMAC and they have agreed to take on this annual event as one of their fundraisers.
I will partake with the preliminary advertising on this website.

ASMAC will provide the Bar, Catering, Display Tables and any Entertainment.
ASMAC will also advertise this event on the "Events" link on their website.
ASMAC will set the price to attend and all payment will be made to...
"Aero Space Museum, Calgary" and paid directly to them.
 

I found over the last two years events, that the word "Reunion" in "Air - Reunion" implies a gathering of
retired, or older folks reuniting.
That was not my intention when I started this event.
I wanted an event that brought all ages together.
So, I am suggesting changing the word "Reunion" to "Affair"
(However, as ASMAC is taking this event over, the wording is their decision)
