Once you have completed a web page, you have to upload it to a server. Part of this process is deciding on a "domain" name (that is, if you want to have a unique address.) Because of the size of the World Wide Web (1.5 billion pages and counting) you are going to have to do a search to see if your name hasn't been taken and then register it.
